Software ERP Company is currently seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative/Administrator to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales pipeline generation, ideally over the telephone. The candidate will also have extensive experience in managing sales leads directly or within a partner ecosystem.
Support back office sales, including administrative sales support, manage and track sales processes and handle incoming requests from clients and global partners.
Establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts of key accounts within specified regions.
Meet or exceed business objectives by closing opportunities primarily over the telephone and performing follow up tasks.
Facilitate and coordinate the resources required to promote sales cycles such as presales, sales development, product management, marketing etc.
Provide management with timely and accurate information such as progress reports, forecasting, territory plans, business objectives etc.
Achieve quarterly KPI targets such as calls made, leads followed, sales closed.
Skills & Qualifications:
B.A – Must
Proven success in new business development, inside sales account management, telemarketing, lead generation and cold calling.
Experience in the SaaS market and working with ERP/CRM software, a distinct advantage.
A thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and promote long, complex sales cycles.
Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods if needed.
Native or fluent English
