Management of vendors and service providers
Organization and maintenance of files and records
Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Greeting and welcoming office visitors
General office administration, maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, supplies, etc.
Fluent in both Hebrew & English
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
